Answers to Our Most Often Asked Questions
If you are unable to log in, click the ‘Need help logging in?’ link on the login screen where you enter your email and password. You will be prompted to provide your login email address. After submitting your email, you will receive instructions via email on how to reset your password.
To access the Client Portal:
- While logged into Lightspeed DMS, click “Get Help” in the upper right corner. This will direct you to the portal and automatically sign you in using your Lightspeed DMS credentials.
- Alternatively, you can access the portal directly here, where you’ll be prompted to log in using your Lightspeed DMS credentials.
The Client Portal offers a comprehensive range of features designed to support you:
- Manage Support Cases: View and manage your support cases, including updates and communications from our team.
- Knowledge Center: Access a vast library of help articles and documentation covering every aspect of our software. Use the search function (magnifying glass icon) at the top of any page or navigate directly to the Knowledge Center. If you have trouble finding what you need, use the “Submit Feedback” option to let us know.
- Live Chat: Get faster assistance through our Live Chat feature during business hours, allowing you to resolve issues without making a phone call.
- Release Notes: Stay up to date with the latest software changes and features by accessing our latest Release Notes, or review previous notes for reference.
- Lightspeed Learning: Explore our extensive repository of training courses designed to help you use the system effectively, whether you’re a first-time user or need a refresher.
