Lightspeed and Forest River collaborate to deliver efficiency for RV Dealerships
SALT LAKE CITY, UT -April 9, 2024 – Lightspeed has unveiled an exciting new feature that allows RV dealers to access Forest River unit bulletins and recalls seamlessly. This enhancement will enable dealers to quickly check for any current bulletins or recalls related to Forest River RV brands directly within a Repair Order in the Service module in Lightspeed’s Dealer Management Solution.
Upon adding a unit with a valid VIN containing an active bulletin or recall to the Repair Order, the Bulletin button becomes enabled, granting access to the Bulletins list view. Here, users can find detailed descriptions of the Forest River bulletins along with links to the associated documents within Forest River Dealer Connect.
