A Passion for Partnerships and Integrations

When I joined Lightspeed nearly three years ago, my primary focus was on Powersports. As I launched new integrations with key OEMs, it became clear how impactful these partnerships were for dealerships. Seeing the success in Powersports, I was asked to expand my focus to new industries—RV and Trailer —where I now work to build critical OEM relationships that drive efficiency and profitability for Lightspeed dealerships. This evolution in my role has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to extend Lightspeed’s industry-leading integrations to new markets and help even more dealers streamline their operations.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about making new connections with manufacturers and seeing those relationships turn into real results for our dealerships. The beauty of Lightspeed isn’t just that we offer the most advanced dealer management system in the industry—it’s that we’ve built in integrations that genuinely save dealers time and money while reducing the risk of costly errors. That’s a game-changer, and it’s why I’m so passionate about what we do.

I’ve been working with dealerships in the digital and website space for 25 years, and I absolutely love it. Technology is constantly evolving, and so is our industry. Lightspeed is at the forefront of that change, providing dealerships with the tools they need to stay ahead. Whether I’m helping an OEM integrate more efficiently with our system or working with a dealer to optimize their operations, I know we’re making a real difference.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me traveling with my family, cheering on my kids at their sporting events, or exploring the outdoors of Northern Minnesota through hunting and fishing. Just like in my personal life, I love adventure in my work. Every new integration, every OEM relationship, and every dealer success story is another step forward in making this industry even stronger.

I recently celebrated my two-year anniversary at Lightspeed, where I get to work with OEMs and dealers and help them succeed in the digital world.
