How “Click to Pay” Works

- Generate Statements with Ease: As you create A/R statements, you’ll notice a new “Click to Pay” icon in the customer record, indicating which customers have this payment option available.
- Select Customers for Click to Pay: In the Statements screen, simply check the boxes for customers with email addresses. At the top, there’s a convenient “Select All Click to Pay” option to quickly choose every eligible customer in just one step.
- Send Statements with Embedded Links: Once you’ve selected your customers, the statements are sent via email. Each statement includes the unique, secure “Click to Pay” link, enabling your customers to remit their payments without extra steps or hassle.
- Receive Prompt Payments: Customers follow the link, pay using a credit card, and you receive the payment, reducing your outstanding A/R balances while giving your team more time to focus on other priorities.
