Some people grow up dreaming about the perfect career. I grew up in a dealership. My love for Powersports started early, walking the showroom floors with my dad, marveling at the latest bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles. I didn’t just admire them from a distance—I was lucky enough to be in the mix, seeing firsthand how dealerships operated, how customers found their perfect ride, and how passionate the people in this industry were.
I was behind the parts counter when I first encountered Lightspeed more than 30 years ago. Even then, it was clear that Lightspeed wasn’t just another tool—it was a game-changer. Now, decades later, I have the privilege of showing dealers exactly how Lightspeed can help them streamline their operations, grow their profits, and fully take advantage of their investment.

As a Sales Engineer at Lightspeed, I get to show new customers the hundreds of ways our system improves processes, saving time and making them more money. Beyond the daily demos, one of my favorite parts of my job is hosting our Monthly Lightspeed Webinars. These sessions give me the opportunity to share my personal knowledge and experience, helping our existing customers take Lightspeed to the next level. I love showing dealers how they can fully utilize every aspect of the system, ensuring they maximize their ROI. Whether it’s leveraging integrations with OEMs and third-party partners, streamlining service scheduling, or harnessing customer insights to drive sales, there’s always another way to unlock value within Lightspeed.
