Lightspeed DMS monthly product release includes a new Customer Support Portal experience and functionality to further enhance service and sales
SALT LAKE CITY, UT -April 11, 2024 –Lightspeed, the leading provider of dealer management solutions, is excited to unveil its latest product release for April 2024. This release is designed to streamline dealer processes and boost profitability. Here are the key highlights:
- Credit Card Surcharge in Sales: Dealers can now apply a credit card surcharge when accepting deposits or completing deals paid for with credit cards.
- RV Partfinder Integration: Lightspeed now offers a seamless integration with RV Partfinders electronic parts catalog (EPC). This integration allows dealers to quickly look up RV parts from numerous distributor warehouses and then transfer their part list into a Parts Invoice or Service Repair Order within Lightspeed.
- Customer Account Transparency when Scheduling: The April release provides dealers with the ability to view a customer’s Accounts Receivable (AR) balance when scheduling future service appointments. Having this data available during scheduling allows dealers to make informed decisions.

- Lightspeed Knowledge Center: Comprehensive, searchable list of the most common Lightspeed questions & answers.
- Lightspeed Learning: An online learning portal that offers interactive courses and tutorials on how to use Lightspeed products.
- Idea Exchange: Community page that allows you to share your ideas and feedback directly to the Lightspeed development team.
- Resource Hub: The one-stop shop for all the resources you need to grow your business with Lightspeed. You can find on-demand webinars, blog posts, product demos, and more.
- Lightspeed Support Case Management: You can track the status of your cases, communicate with our support team, and access your case history.
